COPYRIGHTS — third-party material vendored under src/vendor/

The C/C++ sources under src/vendor/ are a copy of the nirs4all-methods
(libn4m) numerical core, compiled into this package at install time. They are
licensed CECILL-2.1 (see the LICENSE file) EXCEPT for the following vendored or
reproduced third-party material:

1. FITPACK — C translation of the Fortran spline kernels (SPDX: BSD-3-Clause)
Copyright (c) 2001-2002 Enthought, Inc.; 2003 SciPy Developers.
Vendored from SciPy's interpolate/fitpack/. Full license text:
     src/vendor/cpp/src/core/common/_vendored/fitpack/LICENSE.scipy.txt

2. Outlier filters — Isolation Forest, Local Outlier Factor, and Minimum
   Covariance Determinant (SPDX: BSD-3-Clause)
   Independent C reimplementations DERIVED from the scikit-learn algorithms;
no scikit-learn source is copied verbatim. Attribution / license text:
     src/vendor/cpp/src/core/filters/_vendored/LICENSE.scikit_learn.txt

3. Random number generation — PCG64 bit generator, NumPy SeedSequence
expansion, the Ziggurat standard-normal sampler and its constants, and the
   bounded-integer / choice-without-replacement samplers (SPDX: BSD-3-Clause).
These reproduce the algorithms and constants of NumPy's random module
   (numpy.random, Copyright (c) 2005-2024 NumPy Developers) for bit-exact
parity with NumPy. Per-file attribution is in the source headers, e.g.
     src/vendor/cpp/src/core/common/rng_pcg64.c
     src/vendor/cpp/src/core/common/ziggurat_constants.h
The PCG family is by Melissa O'Neill (https://www.pcg-random.org/).

See the project's THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.md for the full attribution record.
