Compared to version 0.0.1-1, the new version uses as the GME entropy objective
the full Bernoulli two-point entropy for the reparametrised error terms, following the standard formulation of Golan, Judge & Miller (1996): H_v = -sum [v*log(v) + (1-v)*log(1-v)]. The previous version used the alternative formulation -sum v*log(v).
Consequent changes in gradient, KKT multipliers, bootstrap composition, and
documentation have also been performed. Unit tests have been added.
