• Updated generated and bundled Stan code to use the current keyword-based array declaration syntax required by recent Stan and rstan versions.
• Fixed the generated initial-condition array declaration used when initial conditions are estimated (vars.init = 0).
• No changes were made to the statistical models or user-facing function interfaces.
