The package includes or derives from the third-party code listed below,
which remains under its original copyright and license.

1. exactextract
---------------

Files (R package): src/exactextract/*
Files (C++ core):   cpp/src/ee/*  (except cpp/src/ee/analytical_coverage.h)
Copyright: 2018-2023 ISciences, LLC (Daniel Baston)
License: Apache-2.0
Source: https://github.com/isciences/exactextract

Subset of the exactextract C++ library (algorithm core only), vendored
for computing exact raster cell coverage fractions. Excludes GDAL I/O,
CLI, statistics framework and processing pipeline; the C++ core under
cpp/ additionally excludes the GEOS-coupled files. Each vendored file is
an unmodified copy of an upstream exactextract source file, matching the
snapshot vendored by the exactextractr R package on CRAN. The original
copyright headers are retained in every file. exactextract ships no
NOTICE file.

src/analytical_coverage.h and cpp/src/ee/analytical_coverage.h are not
part of exactextract; they are original controlledburn code (Apache-2.0,
Michael Sumner).

2. fasterize
------------

Files: cpp/src/scanline.cpp (synced to src/core_scanline.cpp),
            cpp/include/controlledburn/materialize.hpp (synced to
            inst/include/controlledburn/materialize.hpp)
Copyright: 2017 EcoHealth Alliance
License: MIT
Source: https://github.com/ecohealthalliance/fasterize

The scanline edge-walking logic was originally derived from the
fasterize package (Noam Ross, EcoHealth Alliance), and the pixel
reduction functions in materialize.hpp mirror fasterize's. The MIT
license text for that code follows.
